CD Media SE Announces Further Strategic Investment in Intertech S.A. with Acquisition of an additional 26% Stake

CD Media is pleased to announce the acquisition of an additional 26% equity stake in Intertech S.A., a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. This strategic move strengthens CD Media’s position as a key stakeholder, signaling long-term commitment and confidence in Intertech’s growth and market performance.

With this acquisition, CD Media now holds over 55% ownership in Intertech, enhancing its influence in key decision-making processes and expanding its presence in the Greek technology and consumer electronics sector.

Intertech S.A. is a trusted distributor and technology partner in Greece, known for representing globally renowned brands such as PANASONIC, RICOH, TECHNICS and Yeastar amongst others.
