CD Media S.E. announces that its listed subsidiary, Intertech S.A. (ATHEX: INTET), has acquired 100% of Grafotechniki S.A., as part of the Group’s strategy to build a stronger and more diversified business platform in the Greek market.

The acquisition brings together two well-established organizations with complementary commercial networks, customer relationships, expertise, and partnership portfolios. The newly expanded platform is expected to strengthen Intertech’s presence in both the private and public sectors and create new growth opportunities, driven by the continuously increasing technological needs of businesses in the new digital era.
